GAAPweb.com wins two industry awards

GAAPweb triumphed this week at the PASS Magazine annual WEBlife awards, winning first place in two separate categories.

The WEBlife survey is published annually by PASS Magazine, the UKís independent monthly journal for part-qualified accountants.

The first award, for the ëBest Online Recruitment Company Websiteí was based on PASS Magazine reader votes. GAAPweb has won the category for two years running. They were followed in second place by JobsFinancial and in third place by TotallyFinancial.

The second award for ëBest Online Recruiterí was judged by a panel of independent experts, which gave the site a rating of 9/10. ìA fresh look wins the day for this site - the homepage manages to convey a host of features without confusing the visitor,î said the judges.

ìTips from the professionals gives a taste of life in various finance positions, and the site has teamed up with Robert Walters to provide regional salary information. The library has fundamental information on everything from Sarbanes-Oxley to FTSE 100. And lots of jobs!î they concluded.
