Rockpools continues to add diversity and capacity to its team, with another three consultants recently joining. These new joiners are:
Ian Chandler joined Rockpools as a consultant in December 2006. Formerly a primary school PE teacher, Ian has handled a range of education-based project management roles, including being the Recruitment Strategy Manager for Southwark Council, the London Partnership Project Manager for the Teacher Development Agency and, most recently, working for Kensington and Chelsea Council on a range of recruitment, retention and school-based staff development projects. His work with Rockpools will be mainly focussed on education.
Melissa Baxter joined Rockpools in November 2006 as a consultant. Ann experienced search consultant, Melissaís worked in the industry for a number of years, predominantly on senior level appointments for the local and central government, health, education, not-for-profit and private sectors. Prior to recruitment, she worked as a senior manager in the airline industry, specialising in safety, security and training, and working with a wide number of organisations, both nationally and internationally.
Bob Edenborough is an occupational psychologist who has recently joined Rockpoolsí rapidly growing assessment practice. He started his career in the Ministry of Defence undertaking research into aircrew selection, and since then, Bob has worked with ICL, OASiS, MSL and KPMG assisting with recruitment, selection, development and performance management. He has written three books on assessment methods, as well as a range of articles.
