Major Players, No. 1 in the Sunday Times Top 50 Best Small Companies to Work For 2004, have decided to trial i-tebaís TalkingCV software.

TalkingCV is a three-dimensional (video, audio and text) software that allows the enhanced filtering and screening of candidate CVs. Major Players will be targeting the software at new and existing clients as an advancement to their current services.

TalkingCV allows a client to securely log-on to the i-teba TalkingCV website and preview their agency selected candidates. TalkingCV provides recruitment agencies with a unique presentation platform on which to sell their candidates. Short mini-video clips of the candidate are displayed alongside text-based information (CV, application form, psychometric test results etc.), which automatically gives the client a more in-depth knowledge of the candidate on offer.

The question and answer formula of the TalkingCV software means that candidates are essentially sitting a virtual first-round interview. No longer does a client need to sit through unnecessary interviews, as the software will ensure that only genuinely strong candidates are sent through for each position.
