Ulrich Holtz
Ulrich Holtz is currently general manager of human resources (HR) for Microsoft International. Previously, he was the director of HR for Microsoft Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and has been with Microsoft since 1992.
Ulrich has held a number of strategic roles within the German subsidiary and Microsoft EMEA. For five years he held the position of HR director for Central Europe. He played a major role in establishing Microsoftís new subsidiaries in Eastern Europe. He also successfully oversaw the acquisition of Navision, which is now the largest Microsoft product development centre outside of the US.
Pat Chapman-Pincher
In a career of more than 30 years Pat Chapman-Pincher has been responsible for creating and growing major multi-national companies in the Internet, fixed and mobile telecoms sector. Following an early career in IBM and BT Pat went on to be part of the founding team of MFS International and went on to lead UUNET International with large scale operations in Europe, Asia and Latin America. She has board level experience in both large and small listed and private companies. Pat is a Founding Partner of the Cavell Group, a consultancy focused on convergence, and also has a portfolio of interests within the ICT sector.
