The Olivier internet Job Index rose a further 6.42% seasonally adjusted in March, on top of big gains in January and February. With an average of over 215,000 ads per week in the major job boards we see continued strength in the Australian job market.
With the introduction of the Federal Work Choices reforms, the employment market has been major news for the last week. At Olivier Group we belive that the very strong employment market and the acute skills shortages will temper wide scale use or abuse of the new rules.
