Warren Partners Show Stopping Performance

Warren Partners, spent a day getting creative at the Cinnamon Brow Community Centre in Fearnhead, Warrington

All employees at award winning executive search and selection company, Northwich-based Warren Partners, spent a day getting creative at the Cinnamon Brow Community Centre in Fearnhead, Warrington, as part of Greater Manchester Cares, an initiative run by Business in the Community.

The entire team from Warren Partners spent a whole day re-decorating the centreís theatre, which involved painting the hall and sprucing up the bar. The community centre, situated in a 300 year old farmhouse runs a vibrant youth club, an over 60s club, mother and toddlers group and a bowling team. In addition to these activities, the club organises the delivery of fruit and vegetables to housebound residents, and the next venture is to run a community theatre.

In order to participate in the project, Warren Partners had to firstly source the materials for the job. Ronseal and Speedy Hire kindly donated equipment, while SMRS created signage and the Dulux decorating centre provided support.

Commenting on the days events, Jacqueline Manley, Cares co-ordinator said: ìI am delighted that the team have got involved with this project as at the moment, the local community only has one venue to present their shows which is in the town centre. This is expensive to use, so it will be great for productions to be shown here at the Cinnamon Brow Community Centre.î

Ellie Acton, at Warren Partners, who organised the project said: ìItís really important that companies act out their corporate social responsibility and give something back to the community. The day was rewarding and challenging, but ultimately it was great for team building and everyone had great fun.î
