Jobster, Gartner, Yankee Group, Aberdeen, and The Newman Group Form a Panel for HCI’s Summit

.

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, announced today that executives from Jobster, Gartner, Inc., Yankee Group, Aberdeen Group, and The Newman Group will participate in a panel discussion at HCI’s inaugural National Human Capital Summit, to be held in Chicago April 6-7.

Day one of the Summit, key executives from leading research organizations present Talent Management Technologies Forecast, 2006-2007, a session focused on providing human capital professionals with information that can help them choose the right systems for their organizations.

Because talent management technologies are constantly evolving, it’s nearly impossible to remain current about available systems and features, said Allan Schweyer, HCI’s Executive Director. Fortunately, there are research experts who have already done the homework. We’re pleased that a panel of experts from the world’s leading research organizations will share their findings at this important session.

Sourcing and applicant tracking, learning management, knowledge management, and global HRIS systems are expanding, integrating, and evolving rapidly. Trends, features, systems, and vendors must all be considered when evaluating upcoming needs.

Led by Jobster Founder and CEO, Jason Goldberg, the panel will engage in a discussion in which they share their findings on talent management technologies. Panel members include James Holincheck, Gartner’s Research Vice President; Jason Corsello, Program Manager for Yankee Group’s Business & IT Services Decision Service; David Foster, Research Analyst for Aberdeen Group, and Ed Newman, President of The Newman Group.
