The recruitment industry is buzzing abut the launch of Digital Video Interview Services Ltd (DVI) taking place on Thursday 30 March at The Mermaid Centre, Blackfriars, London at 14.00.

DVI has just secured Krishna Dee, co-founder and Managing Director of Oneocean Ltd, a leading business growth consultancy, to speak at the event alongside industry guru Dan McGuire from Broadbean. The afternoon will begin with an introduction by DVI Managing Director, Catriona Ryan, and a live performance of the DVI process.
The new service has already caused such a stir within the recruitment industry that key decision makers from all the top recruiting firms in the UK have already signed up to attend. Spaces are limited and filling up fast, so to ensure you book your place please log on to: http://www.digitalvideointerview.co.uk/recruiters/promotions.htm

With the introduction of Digital Video Interviewing in the UK, recruiters can not only present their candidates CV to potential employers but also a Digital Video Interview of them highlighting their key achievements and personality traits.

Instead of being just another CV to review they become a real person with a personality and attributes that paper just cannot demonstrate to an employer. Another key factor is that recruiters and clients can view the Digital Video Interview on the move or at a time that is convenient to them as opposed to the traditional structured interview format.

Managing Director, Catriona Ryan, said: ìResearch has shown that an employer makes up their mind about a candidate in the first few minutes of an interview. Hence an enormous amount of time, energy and resources for you, your candidate and your clients is saved when one interview can be viewed by numerous clients. By coming along on the 30th, you will get to see first hand how the technology works and find out exactly how it could benefit your businessî.

DVI is also set to open up the international recruitment market.

Afternoon tea will be provided for all in attendance at 3.30pm.
