We strongly believe in investing in our staff and supporting career development whilst creating a positive work environment. Our staff are our most important asset and we owe our success to their ongoing commitment and dedication.î

The Sunday Times list is derived solely from the views of employees, which count for 80 per cent of the score. The balance of 20 per cent comes from the policies and processes of employers. The Sunday Times identifies best practices in the UK workplace and ranks companies according to their performance in eight key indicators of employee satisfaction. These eight factors are Leadership, My Manager, Personal Growth, Wellbeing, My Team, Giving Something Back, My Company and Fair Deal. The list contains the views of more than 86,500 employees across more than 500 businesses.
