Penta achieves Sunday Times Best Company to Work for Award

Specialist ICT staffing company Penta Consulting has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in The Sunday Times 2006 Best Small Companies List. Announced at a glittering ceremony in London on Wednesday 1st March, Penta reached the top 100 listing at its first attempt despite a 50% rise in small company entries.

The award was based on a survey of Pentaís employees which asked them to rank their satisfaction with the senior management team and with their colleagues. It also took into account the general wellbeing of staff, personal growth, leadership along with pay and benefits. In addition it examined Pentaís relationship with the local community and looked at the extent to which members of staff are encouraged to develop their career potential.

The results of this extensive survey contributed 80% of the marks towards the overall ranking with the balance coming from an assessment of the benefits package and employment policies covering everything from holiday entitlements to equal opportunities.
