Jark Recruitment purchases Tactical Solutions in Leeds

Jark Recruitment, one of the UKís national independent recruitment companies, has bought out competitor recruitment agency, Tactical Solutions, in Leeds. The acquisition positions Jark Recruitment as one of the largest providers of industrial recruitment in Leeds with a forecasted branch turnover in excess of 4 million for 2006.

The acquisition merges Tactical Solutionsí workforce into Jarkís Wakefield branch and is the first of many expansion plans for Jark in the area this year. Eventually, two branches will be formed to make the most of the combined skills this merger has given Jark - one of the offices will be headed up by David Hansley, existing Jark Manager, the other by Natalie Zonta from Tactical Solutions.

Jarkís Wakefield office provides recruitment solutions to industrial and commercial businesses in the area. Richard Morrissey, director of the Industrial division of Jark Recruitment who oversees the newly expanded Wakefield office, comments: ìWe are delighted to announce the purchase of Tactical Solutions in Leeds, which has now been successfully merged in to our Wakefield branch. Leeds is one of the largest cities in the country and the primary industrial city of the north of England.
