executivesonthweb.com the UKís online recruitment website for senior executives has recently conducted a survey of recruitment advertisers regarding the current online executive recruitment market.

The survey was conducted in November 2005 and many recruiters reported that the executive recruitment market was extremely buoyant.

One of the findings of the survey was the use of online executive job boards provided many recruiters with a source of candidates not normally found using traditional advertising methods.

Another finding was the significant increase in the use of executive job boards by corporate companies compared with twelve months ago.

These finding has been confirmed by the increased growth by executivesontheweb.com which has seen a 50% rise in jobs advertisements from a daily average of 3,000 to over 4,500 jobs at the end of January 2006.
