BrassRing Webinar to Feature OFCCP Compliance Expert Matt Halpern to Answer Legal Questions and Concerns on Internet Applicant Ruling

The Webinar will feature Matt Halpern, Senior Partner at Jackson Lewis LLP, head of the firmís affirmative action practice group and a nationally-recognized Federal Affirmative-Action/OFCCP Compliance expert.

Presenter Biography: Matt Halpern is a nationally recognized authority on federal affirmative-action policy and related issues. Matt is known for the useful and practical advice he renders to employers on all matters relating to the workplace. He is a senior partner at Jackson Lewis and heads the firmís nationwide affirmative action practice group. Matt and his team prepare over fifteen hundred affirmative action plans each year and regularly defend OFCCP audits. Halpern is known for helping employers tackle tough and often sensitive issues related to employee counseling, terminations and other day-to-day workplace issues. Matt has defended hundreds of employers in wage/hour, affirmative action, and FMLA audits and investigations over his nineteen years at Jackson Lewis.
