Leila Lau has joined Buck Consultants

Leila Lau has joined Buck Consultantsí New York City office as a Director in the Human Resource Management consulting practice.

Lau has been an independent consultant for the past six years, and managed IT systems projects during that time for clients such as the City of New Yorkís Financial Information Services Agency, Continuum Health Partners, and Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, Lau served in the HR divisions of various business organizations as a Project Leader and Business Analyst.

Her areas of expertise include change management, operational transformation, employee self service design, HR business process improvement, and systems assessment and analysis.

Lau received her bachelorís degree from Barnard College, Columbia University.
