Getting return on your returners: Retaining female talent within your organization

On Thursday 26th January, Cass Business School and the Inns of Court School of Law will be hosting an event which explores how organisations can retain female talent. We would be delighted if you could join us at this invitation only event as you have previously written on themes pertinent to this conference.

Over recent years the retention of female returners has become a widely recognised issue for UK business. While most fair-minded organisations get it right in terms of accommodating necessary medium-term absence for a percentage of their female workforce, a great many are getting it wrong when it comes to holding onto these valuable and skilled employees once they return.

The event is endorsed by the International Women of Excellence (IWE) and kindly sponsored by the Bar Council, Fairplace and Time. The agenda for the day mixes company case studies and Q&A sessions with workshops and a round table discussion in the afternoon. Each session will be hosted by senior executives from the fields of policy and development within some of the UK’s leading organisations.
