Henkel to roll out Global E-Recruitment solution

Jobpartners, the European company of software solutions dedicated to the PRM (People Relationship Management) market, today announced that Henkel, an international company with over 750 brands ranging from laundry to cosmetics to technologies, will implement ActiveRecruiter, Jobpartnersí e-recruitment solution, globally. The solution will initially be rolled out at Henkel across 17 European countries in order to provide candidates with an easy and very accessible way of applying for vacancies, to develop a talent pool of individuals who may wish to work with Henkel in the future, and to encourage internal mobility.

With over 50,000 employees in over 125 countries recruitment is a constant challenge, commented Markus Dinslacken, Corporate Recruitment Manager and Project Manager at Henkel. ActiveRecruiter will be implemented to streamline our entire recruitment process worldwide and to provide us with an innovative tool for finding, hiring and tracking the best candidate fits for our organisation. We anticipate that the solution will help us to further strengthen our employer brand and help us to be viewed as an Employer of Choice internationally. We also hope to shorten our time to hire and therefore reduce costs.

Following the implementation of ActiveRecruiter across Europe, the solution will ultimately be deployed globally, including AsiaPac countries and North and South America. It will be used by recruiters, line managers, and both internal and external candidates. With such a wide product range and with a number of different business units the type of vacancies Henkel will seek to fill using ActiveRecruiter will be very varied. Jobpartnersí ActiveRecruiter will replace SAPís e-recruiting tool.
