Lucas Group Appoints New Managing Partner for Chicago Search Office

Lucas Group, a respected company in professional recruiting, recently appointed Ed Felice as new Managing Partner of its Executive Search office in Chicago.

Felice oversees and manages all Chicago operations and employees who recruit in various industries, including insurance, information technology, manufacturing, hotel and hospitality, human resources, sales and marketing and more. He also leads the insurance search team in Chicago, working with top companies around the nation and world.

Felice comes to Lucas Group from Allstate Insurance Company, where he held various leadership roles in product operations, actuarial resources, human resources, sales and finance. His background includes extensive experience in both the recruiting and insurance industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Psychology, as well as several industry certifications and has completed an advanced executive education program.
