Based in London, the company provides a wealth of practical information and consultancy based resource management services to meet the highly specific requirements of the profession. Prior to starting Nexsus, Nick founded and built a successful national award winning IT recruitment firm ñ Preferred ñ of which he is still a Director, and has been a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards three years running.
Over the years Nick has developed extensive knowledge and experience in process, performance and change management, and saw a gap in the market for a consultancy that is exclusively dedicated to the industry. With an increasing focus on business improvement ñ process and performance management is increasingly being recognised as critical to business competitiveness. He realised that many businesses are dealing with generalist agencies that do not have the knowledge or the network of experienced candidates to meet client needs.
