Enhanced security means finding the best person isnt just a matter of matching the best skills

Comment from i-Grasp

In these days of enhanced security, finding the best person isnít just a matter of matching the best skills to the role.

For recruiters in organisations such as British Airports Authority, Transport for London and British Airways, itís not just a matter of recruiting the best person for the job. The nature of their business requires a high level of security ñ the information disclosed on a CV is just the beginning. They need to be able to monitor a candidateís criminal record and verify each period on their CV (as well as any gaps).

This meant a time and labour intensive process with teams dedicated to manually verifying the information provided by candidates, prior to any offer of employment being made.

i-GRasp continually work with clients to address as many of their recruitment needs as possible and responded to the need for a streamlined referencing process. Referencing functionality has now been designed which automates the process ñ all the information is held in one place and can be viewed at the touch of a button.

A specific area in the Candidate Zone allows candidates to input all their history ñ the process is intuitive and checks for gaps in the information provided. From the candidatesí point of view the process becomes seamless ñ should they apply for another position in the future, they do not need to input all the details again.

So now, clients such as British Airways and Transport for London, can spend less time on reference checks and more time on recruiting the right staff ñ right now!
