The Symposium HR season will consist of:

Flexible Benefits and Salary Sacrifice
The Flexible Benefits and Salary Sacrifice conference will take place on Tuesday 14th June 2005 at the CBI Conference Centre in Central London.

Flexible benefits have been around for over a decade, but are still at the forefront of employee benefit, remuneration and motivation strategy. Research in 2004 revealed that only 15% of employers have flexible benefits now, and 24% are currently implementing or planning to put in a flex scheme. This conference will combine an analysis of the latest legal, tax and payroll issues, together with a description of the practical flexible benefits and salary sacrifice products and solutions available to employers.

Employer Funded Childcare
The Employer Funded Childcare conference will take place on Wednesday 15th June 2005 in central London. The new tax exemptions for employer funded childcare represent the biggest change in this field for 15 years. Industry analysts predict an explosion of interest from employers when the new exemptions come into effect in April 2005. This timely event will give HR professionals a thorough and practical analysis of all the options available to organisations that are looking at putting a childcare policy in place.

Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and Risk Management
The EAPís and Risk Management conference will take place on Tuesday 21 June 2005 at the CBI Conference Centre in Central London.

EAPs (Employee Assistance Programmes) have enjoyed a higher profile amongst employers since the Hatton judgement in 2002 endorsed their role in stress-related litigation risk management. This conference will explain the broader role of EAPs and highlight their financial and strategic benefits to employers. Hosted by the professional body, the EAP Association (EAPA), this first ever national EAP conference offers a unique opportunity to suppliers and EAP professionals.
