Cengiz, is not your typical entrepreneur. Everyday he works with ordinary people turning their ideas into business reality at a start-up incubator based in the West Midlands. From artists to engineers, the unemployed to bored ex-directors, this 31 year old has something of a magical touch that ignites peopleís passion and entrepreneurial drive, married with a large dose of commercial realism.

Cengizís background is not conventional ñ over the last 9 years he has covered a lot of ground from accountancy to sales, HR to operations, all in different SMEs and MNCs and has fitted in an MBA and MA from Warwick.
