Spring personnel award contract for the provision of Agency staff to Bradford city council

Englandís fourth largest Metropolitan District Council has awarded Spring Personnel a three-year contract for the provision of specialist agency staff. Spring Personnel will provide Bradford Metropolitan District Council with high quality agency staff across a wide range of specialist positions including financial, legal, human resources, waste management, street cleansing, regeneration and housing, transportation and construction.

John Simmonds, managing director at Spring Personnel, said: ìWe have a dedicated account team that knows the Councilís requirements and can identify the most suitable candidates for a role. In addition to providing agency staff, Spring Personnel will provide an extended information service by keeping the Council up-to-date on recruitment market trends, salary rates and current employment legislation that may affect it.î

Spring Personnel will be holding a series of ëroadshowsí to inform local people about how they can register to enable them to be placed on assignments through Spring.

With the provision of appropriately matched agency workers Spring will assist the Council in providing services of the highest standard to the community.
