Finance and accounting transformation is high on the agenda

The SBPOA brings together leading visionaries in F&A shared services and outsourcing at its flagship event in Copenhagen, Denmark on March 16-17, 2005

The need for operational efficiencies across organizations is now more prevalent than ever with better operational structures and strategies emerging, new technologies coming on to the market, and better service providers all playing key roles.

Finance and accounting operations are at the heart of this transformational process and that is why the Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing Association (SBPOA), the leading, independent, global body for shared services and business process outsourcing, is hosting its annual flagship event F&A Shared Services and BPO Conference - How to deliver best-in-class F&A services, in Copenhagen on March 16-17. The 2005 Annual Conference will be the biggest F&A transformation event of its kind in Europe, attracting leading F&A executives from all over the world.

The SBPOA is a networking and leadership body and not a generic conference organizer. Its events have been bringing together peers who are transforming their organizations through shared services and BPO in finance, HR and other processes. As Andrew Kris, Chairman of the SBPOA board, states: Executives worldwide look to the SBPOA for thought leadership, best practices, research, contacts, networking opportunities, and independent commentary on the evolution of the business. We have been doing this since 1996 and we now have 6,000 members and over 250,000 unique visitors to our website www.sharedxpertise.org. We are glad to be able to invite senior finance executives to another excellent opportunity for exchange and discussion on how to succeed in finance transformation.

This event is supported by: Deloitte (Lead Sponsor); Borderless Executive Search, Invest in Denmark, Copenhagen Capacity, and TPI (Sponsors); BasWare and CODA (Exhibitors).
