A number of established and successful users of StepStoneís solutions, including Novare, Carrefour Belgium and Toyota Europe, have renewed their contracts during Q4.
StepStone Solutions products are delivering impressive results and financial returns to its customers. At Novare, where HireEnterprise is used on behalf of multiple clients including the telecommunications operator 3, hiring times have been reduced from between 8 and 10 weeks to 6 weeks, giving an immediate increase in capacity of 30%. In its first 9 months of operation, the system has been used to recruit over 400 people with only 8 in-house recruiters, and built a talent community of over 24,000 candidates.
In addition, during Q4 the first online recruitment sites for Canon, based on the use of the HireEnterprise technology from StepStone, have gone live, supporting recruitment of English, French and German speaking candidates. Roll out in other markets will continue during Q1 2005. According to John Ryrie, general manager of European HR strategy at Canon, ìThe StepStone Solutions approach truly is a quantum leap in terms of recruitment best practices. We see it as providing an opportunity for HR to add measurable benefits to our organisation. Improving the quality of the people we employ touches everyone in the company.î
ìIn Q4 we passed the 100 mark in terms of the number of organisations across Europe who have adopted our recruitment solutions,î said Colin Tenwick, CEO of StepStone. ìI believe that this clearly establishes StepStone as Europeí s leading provider in this expanding market.î
