Britishjobs is now offering skills testing to our members, as part of an ever growing, ëmust haveí, applicant-sourcing service.

Ahead of redesigning all our websites next year, we have decided to pull forward the innovation of allowing any of our recruiting members to use skills testing on an adhoc basis.

Britishjobs has recognised for some time that in certain situations skills testing would be useful, but in reality does not warrant the commitment to a skills testing service provider on a monthly basis.

For this reason, where a recruiter may be reluctant to commit to autonomous skills testing software, we are allowing the availability to test candidates as required, the cost of which is already incorporated in our monthly job board membership. This is cost effective and sensible.
