Jobwise finance manager promoted to partner

Louise Meanwell has been promoted from Finance Manager to Finance Partner in one of the North Westís independent recruitment agencies, Jobwise Plc.

Her new role means that alongside managing the finance team, she will also be involved in making strategic financial decisions to ensure that the business reaches its current and long-term growth plan.

At present, the family-owned firm has six branches across the North West based in Altrincham, Bolton, Liverpool, Manchester, Stockport and Warrington. They aim to open another five branches by 2009.

In the past two years Jobwise has increased its gross turnover by eleven percent and its gross profit has more than doubled to just over half a million per annum. This has been achieved through streamlining its internal support systems.
