The honour is a prestigious landmark for Tracy, and the award is only given to those professional recruitment consultants who merit proven experience within their field. To achieve the award, Tracy had to be a member of the REC for a minimum of 3 years with over 10 years experience within the recruitment industry. As if this was not hard enough, she also had to sit and pass exams before achieving her top honour.
The award from the REC is truly the Gold Standard to those within the recruitment industry, and itís restricted status marks the most advanced membership the REC can bestow upon a member.
Tracy works within the Clayton Recruitment team as the Temporaries Controller and has extensive experience throughout the North West Recruitment Industry. Tracyís accreditation comes at a time of high success, as the last 6 months have seen her manage the ìTemporaryî side of the market to new record levels with the placing of highly skilled individuals in admin, secretarial and support positions.
