Monster Government Solutions announce today a sponsorship agreement with the Human Capital Institute (HCI), a think-tank and educator for human capital management and executive issues.
As part of the sponsorship agreement, Monster Government Solutions and HCI will work together to develop and deliver relevant, government-specific information and education on the topic of human capital management. All Monster Government Solutions’ customers will also receive a complimentary, one-year membership to HCI, which includes access to HCI’s online research library and opportunities to attend webcasts and other events on emerging human capital issues.
HCI and Monster Government Solutions provide a powerful combination to advance the state of human capital management in the public sector, said Allan Schweyer, executive director of HCI. As a significant provider of advanced HR solutions, Monster Government Solutions’ support of the Institute’s mission of research and development puts us closer to our objective of delivering thought leadership to the human capital management community.
Monster Government Solutions will also sponsor new research initiatives and select educational events and network meetings as part of the agreement with HCI. Additionally, Monster Government Solutions will be a platinum sponsor of HCI’s 2005 annual conference.
Sponsoring the Human Capital Institute allows Monster Government Solutions to provide our customers with access to the latest research studies and articles on human capital management through free HCI memberships, said Chris McCarrick, SVP and General Manager of Monster Government Solutions. We believe this knowledge, along with increased opportunities to network with peers, is an invaluable resource to ultimately help governments hire the best candidates.
Customers of Monster Government Solutions can sign up for their complimentary one-year registration to HCI by going to the Monster User Group for Government (MUGG) Web site at
