Jane will support managing director Jayne Morris in the day to day management of The Principle Partnership and will report into group chief executive Chris Smith.
Jane was previously head of The Principle Partnershipís fundraising team which she will continue to oversee. Hew new role extends Janeís responsibilities to operations, business development, staffing and company direction across all of The Principle Partnershipís core sectors: charity, not-for-profit, arts, legal and medical.
Jane joined TPP in 1999 from Bank of Scotland where she worked in human resources for two years.
