Expertise is strengthened in Nows industrial division

Award-winning employment specialists, NOW Recruitment, has further enhanced their recruitment expertise in the Midlands with the appointment of Hayleigh Wright and Becky Knight to the companyís thriving Industrial & Driving division.

Hayleigh (25) from Birmingham has been appointed as an Account Manager for the Driving division. Her role will include the sourcing and placement of LGV drivers as well as developing relationships with clients both existing and new.

Hayleigh brings with her a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry having previously worked in a managerial capacity for a Tamworth based recruitment agency.

ìI am very much looking forward to developing my role as Account Manager within the Driving division,î says Hayleigh. ìI have a lot of fresh, new ideas which I am looking forward to sharing with my colleagues. I understand the needs of drivers and one of my main aims will be to tailor recruitment packages for temporary candidates to initially bring them on board and retain them. Due to the national shortage of LGV drivers itís important for NOW Recruitment to stand out from the crowd and further build on its solid reputation for quality service. I hope to plaan instrumental part in promoting the division and its services to clients and candidates in the Midlands and nationwide.î

Becky Knight (20) from Birmingham has joined the Industrial & Driving division as Branch Administrator / Trainee Recruitment Consultant. She will work alongside senior members of the team to learn all aspects of the consultancy role as well as working to develop her knowledge of the Industrial & Driving sectors in region.

ìI have been working in administration for the past few years and plan to use some of the skills I have developed during that time in my new role as Branch Administrator,î says Becky. ìAlthough I have only been with NOW for a short time I am very much enjoying getting more involved with the team and plan to learn as much as I can from them. In a years time I hope to be a fully trained Account Manager.î
