Bosses today appreciate their staff and are often very generous with presents - say their staff!

Is this true of your boss?

A massive 84% of office staff surveyed for this week’s The Times Crme Executive Secretary and PA Event say that their bosses make them feel appreciated with praise, thanks and gifts.

Bosses today are often generous with gifts, and the presents they have given their secretaries and assistants include holidays in Australia, Hong Kong, and the USA, larger bonuses and pay rises, skiing trips and spa breaks, designer luggage, expensive jewellery, luxury weekends in Paris and Barcelona, hundreds of pounds worth of vouchers for Harrods, Selfridges and Hobbs, and dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant.

Most staff say their bosses praise and thank them and sometimes give them chocolate, flowers, and extra days off.

However among the strange presents they have given are a clipboard, smelly cheese, a box of herbal tea bags, oven gloves and a plaster cast of a foot!

Emma Rossiter of The Times Crme Executive Secretary and PA Event says Bosses have often been said to be ungrateful and unappreciative. This survey not only contradicts that reputation it also shows that many are lavish in their gifts.
