PSL deliver BUPA graduate recruitment case study

PSL, one of the UKís leading developers and suppliers of online and offline psychometric assessment tools, is delivering a case study focusing on BUPAís online graduate recruitment programme, at this monthís Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) Master Class Seminar, taking place in London on Wednesday 24th March 2004.

BUPA, who started its graduate recruitment programme in 1998, originally had to sift a high volume of applications by hand. Since that time, BUPA has moved away from this traditional selection process, more recently implementing an Applicant Tracking System provided by Jobtrain and online assessment solutions from PSL.
