Zoho Corporation has launched Zoho Payroll, a UK payroll management solution designed to handle PAYE, National Insurance calculations and Real Time Information submissions to HMRC.

Zoho said its new platform is built around UK compliance requirements, including weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs, PAYE and National Insurance calculations, payslips, BACS salary files and pay-run approvals.
The launch comes during a period of regulatory change. Statutory Sick Pay has been payable from the first day of sickness since April 2026, while benefits in kind are expected to be taxed through payroll each pay period from April 2027 rather than reported on P11D forms.
Payroll and compliance in one workflow
Zoho Payroll generates a Full Payment Submission for every pay run and supports Employer Payment Summary submissions where required. It also manages statutory payments, student loan repayments, Attachment of Earnings deductions, benefits in kind and P45 forms.
Employers can carry out workplace-pension eligibility checks, manage auto-enrolment and handle opt-ins, opt-outs and postponements. Employees can view payslips, tax summaries and pension information through a web and mobile self-service portal.
Zoho said the platform integrates with Zoho Expense and Zoho Books, automatically posting payroll journals for each pay run. Integration with Zoho People is due to follow.
