Founded in 2016, Azuki runs the finance function for recruitment businesses, covering pay and bill, contractor finance, credit control and finance director support. It now joins Recruitment Accountants, TC Group's specialist division for the recruitment sector, which was recently named APSCo Partner of the Year.
Together the two businesses support more than 150 recruitment companies across the UK.
Rachel Landy, Cameron Malcolm and Barry Cullen of recLAW, the specialist law firm for the recruitment sector, were the team behind the deal, acting for the sellers.
