HOSPA and Umbrella Training have formed a partnership to connect hospitality professionals with apprenticeship, vocational learning and ongoing career development opportunities.

HOSPA and Umbrella Training have announced a partnership designed to help hospitality professionals access training, vocational learning and continuing career support throughout their working lives.

The collaboration brings together Umbrella Training’s apprenticeship expertise with HOSPA’s professional-development programmes and network across hospitality finance, technology, revenue management, marketing and commercial disciplines.

Connecting learning at every career stage

The organisations will share relevant training opportunities, link people to suitable learning pathways and draw on their respective industry networks. Umbrella Training works with employers and apprentices to build practical skills and qualifications, while HOSPA offers online learning, industry insight, expert-led webinars and networking for established hospitality professionals.

“By combining our expertise and networks, we can provide even greater access to learning and professional development for hospitality leaders at every stage of their careers.”

Janel Clark, Head of Professional Development at HOSPA, said: “Partnering with Umbrella Training seemed like a natural fit. We operate within the same industry and share a commitment to supporting hospitality professionals through high-quality education and development opportunities.

“Together, we are passionate about helping individuals build skills, progress their careers and strengthen the future of our industry.”
