Restout brings 20 years of experience to the table – past employers include Taleo, Lumesse and Beamery

Recruitment marketing platform, Talentry, is extending its executive management team with the appointment of Romuald Restout as VP of Product. In his new role, Restout’s remit includes the development, positioning and marketing of Talentry's recruitment marketing software, which helps companies find the right talent faster. He will work closely with Talentry's founders to translate Talentry's vision, customer needs and market trends into compelling product decisions.

As a product manager, he brings 20 years of experience in the international development, positioning and marketing of HR software to the table. Most recently, as Director of Product at Beamery, a UK-based provider of Candidate Relationship Management solutions, he has been responsible for the product roadmap and product management since 2017.

His past management positions also include Topia (2016 to 2017, then 'MOVE Guides') and Lumesse. At Lumesse, Restout was Head of Product for the Talent Acquisition Portfolio (from 2011 to 2015). In addition, Restout brought his development skills to Taleo as a Product Architect (from 1999 to 2004), and was one of the first employees of the ATS provider.

Romuald Restout comments: "I am very excited to join Talentry as VP of Product to drive further international growth. Working closely with our clients, we will create a holistic recruitment marketing platform that will change the way companies attract and retain talent.”

He has proven that he can develop market-leading solutions and will now create a platform with Talentry that will represent a real game-changer for recruitment.
