Talentia Software, a leading company in the European market of solutions for financial and human resources management, has acquired the HR business unit of Turin-based Gruppo Tekno, boasting over 30 years of experience in the field of products and specialised systems for business management. Gruppo Tekno is a provider of software solutions boasting more than 250 customers, many of which are of international scope, specialising in three main areas: Asset Management, Human Resources Management and Workplace Safety.
The signed agreement provides for the complete acquisition of the business unit dedicated to HR solutions, which includes an active customer base, and the entirety of the division’s operating resources.
The acquisition confirms the strengthening and growth oriented strategies pursued by Talentia Software within Italian sectors. The aim of this investment is to further strengthen Talentia’s market positioning by increasing the level of expertise and professionalism available, in order to expand the portfolio of active customers and prospects, thus speeding up the development strategies. To support the acquisition, the company decided to open a new office in Turin to ensure more timely services and assistance in that geographical area.
