Label 1 Television, part of Shiver and ITV Studios, is looking for recruitment experts for a new TV programme. Label 1 is a team of experienced programme makers, having produced award-winning documentaries including *One Born Every Minute*, *The Hotel* and *First Dates*.
The team are looking for recruitment experts to take part in a new show that helps employers find the right person for the job. They want to speak with industry professionals who are passionate about recruitment and believe they have what it takes to find the right the person for the role, and who would be interested in featuring as a job expert on the show.
The new series will focus on the job interview process - a place most of us have experienced but we've rarely seen what really happens behind closed doors. It’s a series that captures the reality of what it’s like to interview and be interviewed by some of Britain’s best employers and leading recruitment experts. The series will capture the dreams, ambitions, nerves and excitement across both sides of the interview table. It’s the hunt for the perfect candidate, and Britain’s top recruiters are needed to help find them.
