Yesterday, Teamspirit was announced as the winner of the ‘Best Doing Differently Talent Development Award’ at the Marketing Agencies Association Best Of Awards. The award celebrates innovation and was awarded to Teamspirit for a talent strategy that dared to question the tried and tested ways of employee engagement. This included recognition for Teamspirit’s buddy schemes, “How to Hire Brilliant People” training and all agency masterclasses.
