The Gecko recruitment website platform from HotLizard has seen another client benefiting from upgrading to a modern, mobile and social solution. Coupled with this is the seamless integration of the Bullhorn ATS into the site, helping to streamline the productivity of MRG’s consultants.
The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) work within the senior appointments built and natural environment sector and have been a long-term client of HotLizard, so it was a logical decision to continue the established partnership when looking to commission a new website.
By taking advantage of HotLizard’s expertise in the recruitment sector it enabled MRG to utilise both the Bullhorn API and Bullhorn Resume Parser technologies within the site enabling both automatic vacancy posting and candidate shortlisting.
Working with MRG’s vision for the new website, the HotLizard graphics team adapted the initial concept for the Gecko platform. With the site delivering a contemporary, clean look and feel emphasizing the professional nature of the MRG business.
MRG took the opportunity to refresh the brand through focusing on the personal touch and connecting with visitors through the use of imagery, which included commissioning a photo shoot. So all images you see throughout the website are showing the MRG team.
As with all Gecko recruitment sites, MRG also gained a mobile enabled website catering to approximately 30% of monthly traffic who are now accessing it from a mobile device – this is up from only 8% in 2012! This highlights the need for a mobile optimised solution, where an improved customised user experience can be delivered, based on where they are accessing the site from. The mobile site also incorporates apply with LinkedIn to allow easy application from a mobile device, as well as a standard application route for registered candidates.
