This year the focus of the online recruitment conference will be ‘How to harness the power of online recruitment, and the latest thinking in how to make full use of the UK’s online recruitment opportunities’.
Speakers from HR will be providing an insight as to how their organisation has adapted to online recruitment and advice from industry experts. The one day conference will include top speakers, who will offer their professional insight into the world of online recruitment and the latest developments in the sector.
The exhibition will also offer a platform for suppliers to the industry to showcase their products and services to HR professionals, job boards, recruitment advertising execs, and all those involved in the online recruitment industry.

Session: The challenge of changing an ATS supplier. An HR practitioner’s perspective
After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA Hons in Tourism Management, I was accepted onto the Jurys Doyle Graduate Programme (Class of 2004) where I worked for 9 months in operations in Jurys Inn Birmingham and 9 months in HR in Jurys Inn Southampton. I was fortunate enough to progress within the company, reaching HR Manager level in 2006. I left the business in 2008 and continued to develop my HR career (Recruitment & Training Officer at Merlin Studios, part of the Merlin Entertainments Group and HR Business Partner at Charteris Plc, IT & Business Solutions). I also completed my CIPD qualification in 2008 and became a Chartered member in 2010. I returned to Jurys Inn in July 2011 in my current role within the Group HR team and have recently completed my Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
