eQuest today announced that its “Big Data” program has collected an additional 100 million job board data records – increasing its database to 1.1 Billion records. eQuest consultants utilize this highly prized data to develop more effective recruitment strategies, reduce spending, and target candidates faster for their customers. The program provides companies a clearer understanding of candidate viewing and response habits.
eQuest targets various demographics, then assembles statistical models providing a rendering of where candidates view and respond to jobs – by job board, by job classification, job title, location, and skills – by day and hour – worldwide. In its TRAQ24 application, customers can download data directly into their Applicant Tracking System to provide a full spectrum of candidate behavior – from initial view to the eventual hire.
