Sussex Enterprise offer Safe Screening service to members

Wanting to offer members the chance to run one off screening activities on a candidate by candidate pricing basis, Sussex Enterprise looked to Safe Screening cloud software to power their service.

Sussex Enterprise, supports a 2000 strong membership network of local SMEs. This membership organisation also acts as a Chamber of Commerce and is the largest in the country.

Safe Screening checks information given as part of the recruitment process against various national large databases to verify address details, passport MRZ numbers and driving licence reference numbers. Safe Screening can even handle CRB and disclosure Scotland checks.

Members now need only pay one check at a time, however they can still benefit from the volume based discounts Sussex Enterprise achieve for the collective amounts of pre-employment checks from the membership as a whole.

HR consultant for Sussex Enterprise Mo Rasanayagam, says ‘this software is excellent for our members, our SMEs could never afford the manpower to conduct these checks manually to this depth’.
