The Adecco Group UK & Ireland announces Badenoch + Clark merger into LHH and Adecco

The Adecco Group UK & Ireland has announced that Badenoch + Clark, the leading provider of professional recruitment services will be merging its commercial recruitment business into a new division of LHH and will be operating as LHH Recruitment Solutions. Meanwhile the Badenoch + Clark public sector business based in England will become part of Adecco.

The transition within the Adecco Group UK & Ireland from Badenoch + Clark to LHH will solidify the LHH brand’s reputation as the worldwide hub for fully integrated HR services, with offerings spanning Advisory, Career Transition & Mobility, Learning & Development, and now, Recruitment Solutions. Aligned with its new brand promise, “Ready for Next,” LHH’s Recruitment Solutions division will continue to provide the same level of industry-leading innovation, now with enhanced synergies and end-to-end offerings for companies and talent alike.

The Badenoch + Clark public sector recruitment business based in England and Wales transition will mean that Adecco can now provide expert guidance on recruiting professionals to the biggest programmes in Central Government. The new offer for clients from the Badenoch + Clark public sector brand will also cover specialist recruitment for education, housing, local government, the NHS and the not for profit sector. The new recruitment brand will be known as Adecco Public Sector England and Wales.
