Konetic acquires online recruitment software specialist, RecruitActive

Online recruitment specialists combine to offer greater value and scope to customers

Konetic acquires privately held online recruitment software specialist RecruitActive. The two companies will combine to offer customers an extended product portfolio and increase their business reach as a single entity, operating under the Konetic brand. The agreement sees RecruitActive becoming a division of Konetic which strengthens the position of Konetic within the market. It benefits both companies’ installed base through joint investment in product development, combined industry knowledge and shared high calibre resources. Existing and future partners will gain additional products to satisfy their customer demands and technical support for all eventualities.

Speaking about the acquisition, Paul Finch, Managing Director of Konetic, comments, “This agreement extends our product portfolio and enables us to better serve our customers with a range of systems to suit every online recruitment requirement.
