With its purpose-built analytics platform Innovantage captures job postings from over 250 job boards and 200,000 employer websites to provide recruiters with relevant sales leads tailored to their chosen job market and industry sectors. All three organisations were acquired in 2016 by Symphony Technology Group (STG), a strategic private equity firm with a strong presence in the Human Capital Management space.
