Harri and inploi team up to deliver a market-leading candidate experience for hospitality hiring

Integration helps hospitality employers improve candidate conversion, application quality and hiring visibility

inploi, the talent technology company helping employers attract, engage and hire talent at scale, today announces a new strategic partnership with frontline employee experience platform, Harri, to help hospitality employers improve candidate conversion and hiring visibility.

By integrating Harri's enterprise talent acquisition platform with inploi's AI-powered candidate experience platform and Talent Agents, employers can create more engaging - and better converting -  hiring journeys. The integration enables fully branded careers sites, chatbot-hosted application flows, accessibility tools, agentic assistants for recruiters and candidates, and source-to-hire analytics, all seamlessly connected to Harri’s Applicant Tracking System.

The combined offering helps employers improve candidate conversion, increase application quality and gain greater visibility into hiring performance. It also empowers hiring teams to better understand candidate behaviour, optimise attraction spend and make more informed decisions about their hiring activity, while supporting inclusive hiring experiences through accessibility tools that enable organisations to meet WCAG 2.2 and Americans With Disabilities Act requirements.

Dan Maimone, Head of Global CX at Harri said: “Candidate experience has become a key differentiator for employers competing for talent. Today's candidates expect hiring journeys to be simple, intuitive and mobile-first, yet many organisations are still relying on experiences that were not designed with those expectations in mind. Through our integration with inploi, we're able to offer employers a best-in-class candidate experience through fully branded careers sites, conversational application journeys and deeper analytics, while remaining focused on the core hiring capabilities they rely on every day.”

For hospitality employers, candidates are often customers too, making the hiring experience an extension of the brand itself. With the inploi and Harri integration, these organisations can now create hiring journeys that are faster, more engaging and designed to convert high-quality candidates into applicants.

Matthew de la Hey, co-founder and CEO of inploi, added: “Too many employers invest heavily in attracting candidates, only to lose them before an application is completed. In hospitality, where hiring volumes are high, speed is critical, and margins are under pressure - poor candidate experiences damage the brand, and the bottom line. Working with Harri, we're helping employers create candidate experiences that feel more like Netflix than Blockbuster, while handing hiring teams the end-to-end data and insights they need to optimise attraction outcomes.”
