CV-Library opens up its CV Search integration with idibu to non-mutual clients

The UK’s leading independent job board, CV-Library, is delighted to announce that its CV Search integration with candidate attraction platform, idibu, previously only accessibly for mutual clients, is now available to non-CV-Library users also.

This means companies that aren’t currently CV-Library clients, but do use idibu to manage their online recruitment, can now access and process CV-Library's unrivalled CV Database, packed with 15.5 million CVs, directly through their CRM.

All users need to do is select the CV-Library trial board, along with their existing CV sources, when entering their search criteria. Complete any additional options to fine tune their search, and then click ‘Search selected CV databases’. That’s it!

Existing CV-Library clients can log-in and download CVs directly from idibu, while non-existing clients will only be able to view a redacted version of the CV until they become a customer.

Lee Biggins, founder and CEO of CV-Library: “There are more active job seekers in the market than ever before, making this an ideal time to extend our integration with idibu to reach non-mutual clients. We’re immensely proud of the work that goes into setting our integrations up and regularly receive great feedback from users on how easy and efficient the process is. We hope that by making our CV Database accessible to more hiring professionals, we’ll help to connect the right people, to the right jobs.”

According to CV-Library's latest job market data, the amount of people registering their CVs online increased by 14.4% year-on-year, while the number of active candidates rose by 19% during the same period. This means it’s an ideal time for companies to start sourcing CVs.

Martin Bramall, idibu Managing Director adds: “We’re delighted to team up with CV-Library and offer non CV-Library customers the option to access a great source of candidates. I’m sure they’ll see great value in the rich database that’s now easily available to them in a couple of clicks.”
