The backing of Barclays Ventures is a significant milestone for the company and has encouraged the board to consider their own priorities. Gary Laurence has decided that this is a good opportunity to step back from his position as CEO of Huntress with immediate effect.

Stephen Ross (Chairman) commented I would like to thank Gary Laurence for his invaluable contribution in founding and building a highly respected business and wish him well for the future. We are extremely pleased to have Barclays Ventures on board as a significant shareholder and are confident that this backing provides a strong platform to develop the business further.
