Your Positive Attitude & Love

Being help driven instead of commission driven is one of the biggest secrets for long-term everlasting success in recruitment, HR and any other business

Being help driven instead of commission driven is one of the biggest secrets for long-term everlasting success in recruitment, HR (and any other business). And itís a guarantee for having an exciting and wonderful career.

Now I wonder why I meet with recruiters (not in our company of course, and surely not you) who have the idea that professionalism in recruitment means to be cold-faced, ìwarmî as a rock of ice, being dead serious when talking with candidates and customers. And thus creating a big distance between them and their partner. Avoiding pleasant, friendly, humorous conversation as if itís a sin to have fun during the job.

I wonder how these consultants can enjoy their work, how their conversation partner can enjoy working with them, how they can create an atmosphere of trust and confidence? Youíre right, they donít.

Being a professional in HR means that you open up to the other person. That the other person likes you, trusts you, has confidence in you. That you create an atmosphere of mutual understanding, openness, honesty, and respect.

Being such a professional has everything to do with you, and your attitude. Your positive attitude.

Having few YESES in the first section and few NOís in the second requires daily dedication and commitment and training and effort and hard work and commitment and self-discipline and dedication. For the most important person walking on this planet: YOU! First take care about you, feeling wonderfully good and happy. Because only than you can make feel other people good, than you can genuinely help other people, which will make you feel even better. Blessed and gifted! And I am blessed as I work with a bunch of positive and loving consultants every day again.

I strongly believe that success, happiness, being lucky, is a decision we make. It requires us being aware of our unlimited potentials. It requires a deep understanding that we create our own, individual universe. Making this decision is yours only. Nobody can do it for you.

I am curious what you will decide. Will you let me know? Thank you!
